A collection or a group of zones allocated together forms an Assignment. An active assignment in GeoSales should have a minimum of one zone allocated with a future end date with maximum zones allocation being 4 for a particular assignment.

Having an assignment is a primary requirement for the Sales Rep to log into the app and start knocking. Once you have set up your User Groups you may then begin to assign your groups into the desired areas for canvassing.

Data files for customer homes to be approached will be loaded by GeoSales product Team. Areas/Suburbs are named Zones and, depending upon the client, zones will generally be segmented in several formats, but often, by zip/postal code, or perhaps suburbs.
