There are some cases wherein the devices of our agents deployed on the field suddenly stops updating interactions. If you come across with this problem, we suggest to follow these simple troubleshooting steps in order.
1. Try and reconnect to a different network (just to make sure this is not due to the network)
2. If still does not work, look at the sync bar at the bottom and see how many unsynced interactions are there.
3. Note down the most important interactions you may want to redo (request call backs or sales, etc) - these have to be re-done.
4. Reset the device and reinstall the app.
NOTE: Removing the app before the interactions being synced will certainly delete cached data (including sales interactions).
