There are users that has access on multiple accounts and clients on iKnock Console.

If you are experiencing the issue below on GeoSales Application (iKnock) please follow the instructions provided to fix.

Issue: The User can’t see the Clients of a specific Account he/she suppose to have access to when logging in to the GeoSales Application (iKnock)

Resolution: Create a new user account for the user under the account he/she is having issues with and map the newly created user all across the clients within the account if necessary.

FAQ:

Mapping a user across 'accounts' works for iKnock console ONLY. The GeoSales Application will always require 'account-specific' users, which can be mapped on different clients within the same account.
