There are many ways which may result in GPS location failure, however, please see below tips for increasing the device location accuracy.

  • Make sure reps devices have a clear view of outdoors, GPS may not work indoors, in a parking garage, surrounded by buildings, in the mountains, underground, etc.
  • Please ensure that the location settings are enabled on the devices.
  • Turn on Wi-Fi: Reps device doesn't need to be connected to any Wi-Fi networks, but keeping Wi-Fi on allows location service to work better.
  • Also, before starting to interact ask the users to check their location on the Map View within the app.
