To add a Payment to an existing Invoice, tap on INVOICES from the Menu.

Choose the Invoice to add the payment. Tap on the kebab icon (three dots beside the Invoice).

Tap on ADD PAYMENT to process a new payment. You can add one or more payments to one Invoice as long as the total won't be more than the DUE Amount.

Enter the Amount, Payment Type and Transaction Date. You may also add the Reference Number, Description or even attach a file (i.e. Screenshots) if needed.

Once done, you can now tap on plus icon to add the payment to the specific invoice.

MODIFY PAYMENTS

To modify Payments, tap on the kebab icon (three dots beside the Invoice). Tap on VIEW PAYMENTS to view the list.

To modify the payment, tap on the kebab icon (three dots beside the Payment). Tap on EDIT PAYMENT.

Update the payment details. Once done, tap on the check mark on the upper right corner of the screen.

DELETE PAYMENTS

From the Invoices List, tap on the kebab icon (three dots beside the Invoice). Tap on VIEW PAYMENTS to view the list.

Tap on DELETE PAYMENT.

You'll be prompted to delete the payment. Tap YES to confirm the action.
