Filters allow you to narrow down your results to show you what you want to see. Simply hit the filter icon (shown in photos below) and select the options you want to filter by.

Job filters

Job filters allow you to filter jobs based on:

  • Whether a job has a booking attached to it - Scheduled (job has a booking attached to it) or Unscheduled (job has no booking attached to it)
  • Whether a job has a booking with a Staff assigned to it - Assigned (job has a booking with a Staff member assigned to it) or Unassigned (job has a booking with no Staff member assigned to it)
  • The priority of a job
  • The status of a job
  • Date range - Allows you to select a date range that you would like to see jobs between. You will click on the field next to ‘From’ and a pop out calendar will appear for them to select a date, this date will be prefilled in the field once selected. Same thing with the ‘To’ date.

Client filters

Client filters allow you to filter clients based on:

  • The status of the client - ACTIVE, SUSPENDED and / or ARCHIVED

Notes:

  • If you have a search applied and then apply a filter, the filter will automatically be applied to the search
  • There is a reset button to reset filters that have been applied, should you want to change or remove them
  • By default, nothing will be selected and this will show everything
